UPDATE: The Dent County Sheriff’s Department updated information early Monday about a missing Dent County teen.
They are believed to be seen in a white GMC full size pickup bearing Arizona registration AH09306 and last seen on northbound MO-19 from Gano. White GMC pickup was rented from U-Haul rental in Iowa. They are possibly en route to unknown location in Florida.
The Dent County Sheriff’s Office has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at 5730 MO-19 in Salem at 01:25 a.m. on Thursday.
Missing is 13-year-old Harley M. Hopper. She is a white, female, 5′ 03″, 220 lbs, black hair, blue eyes, fair complexion, wearing a blue striped shirt, blue jeans and cowboy boots.
A witness states Hopper left her residence with a backpack and entered the suspect vehicle and has not been contacted since. She could possibly have ties to the Sullivan area or the state of Ohio.
She could be traveling with Kenneth Dylan Whitehead, a white, male, age 22, 5′ 03″, 187 lbs, brown hair, green eyes.
Anyone seeing the Hopper, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Dent County Sheriff’s Office at 573-729-3757.
