Harold Lee Elliott, 75, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2016, in Roby.

He was born Sept. 30, 1941, on the family farm in Roby, son of Sam and Olive Miller Elliott.

He grew up in the Roby area. He attended Bell Elementary School and graduated from Plato High School. He worked at the sawmill and in lumber for many years. He loved being on the family farm, raising sheep, goats, chickens, cows and more.

He was a collector of many things. His favorite was a toy collection. He also enjoyed showing off photo albums and sharing their stories with family and friends.

He loved his family and Chihuahua, Sally.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Margori.

Survivors include three brothers, Sam Elliott, Wilson Elliott and Steve Elliott; two sisters, Opal Myres and Sally Elliott; a special friend and caregiver for many years, Donna Elliott; and many other relatives and friends.

Services were Saturday, Dec. 10, at Long Hollow Church with Pastor Dewayne Weber officiating. Burial was in Long Hollow Cemetery under the direction of Evans Funeral Home
