RAMSEY SCORES 16 IN VICTORY
Austin Ramsey scored 16 points to lead the Houston seventh-grade boys’ basketball team to a 32-18 victory Monday night against Cabool.
Korbyn Tune added eight points and Josh Smith had four for the Tigers, who improved to 4-6 overall and 2-4 in the South Central Association.
Last Tuesday, Tune had 15 points and 12 rebounds in a 28-11 win against Licking. Cooper Mills added four points and Hunter McKinney and Josh Smith had three points apiece.
EIGHTH-GRADE: Evan Fisher-Koch scored eight points and Alex Castleman had seven in the Tigers’ 52-22 loss Monday to Cabool.
Houston is 3-7 overall and 2-4 in the SCA.
Last Tuesday, Fisher-Koch and Ty Franklin scored nine points apiece in a 34-30 loss to Licking.
Castleman added six points.
