An offensive outburst kept Houston alive for the holidays.

The Tigers scored 30 fourth-quarter points to rally past Norwood 53-49 Tuesday morning in the consolation bracket of the Cabool Holiday Tournament.

Not only were the 30 points more than Houston scored the previous three quarters, it is more than the Tigers scored in two complete games this season.

Houston (3-7) plays Crocker at 9 a.m. Wednesday.

Lucas Kelley led Houston with 20 points and nine rebounds. Ty McCloud and Isaiah Buse added eight points apiece.

The Tigers were 20-for-26 (76 percent) at the free-throw line.
