HHS junior Ty McCloud scored 13 points in the Tigers' 58-47 win Friday against Norwood.

The Houston Tigers scored a season high in points Friday night en route to their second victory.

HHS pulled away from Norwood in the second half for a 58-47 win in the consolation bracket of the Mansfield Tournament. The Tigers face Gainesville at 4:30 p.m. Saturday in the consolation final.

Houston (2-3) won despite shooting 32 percent and going 2-for-17 from long distance.

Lucas Kelley led the Tigers with 20 points and a team-high eight rebounds. Ty McCloud scored 13 and Michael Clayton added eight points and seven rebounds before fouling out.
