The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
•Leonard E. Bay, 40, was charged Sunday evening with felony driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender, driving while revoked and speeding. He was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
•Levi A. Bittle, 35, of Houston, was arrested late Friday on charges of felony DWI, driving while revoked, displaying plates of another person and having no insurance. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and later released.
•Patrick A. Dodson, 36, of Houston, was arrested Thursday night and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, felony possession of a controlled substance – hydrocodone and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also cited with no seat belt. He was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
