Cynthia “Cindy” J. Moore, 49, of Licking, passed away Monday, Jan. 23, 2017.
She was born Jan. 3, 1968, in Columbia, daughter of Ernest and Sandra Ellis Williams.
She enjoyed art, especially painting. She loved being with her family and friends and her dog, Sissy.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include a daughter, Bryanna Rucker of Davenport, Iowa; a granddaughter; a life companion, Ron Settles of Licking; her mother, Sandra Williams of Licking; a brother, Raymond Williams of Licking; a sister, Michelle Mardis of Licking; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Arrangements were under direction of Fox Funeral Home.
