The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Laraea D. Moncrief, 27, of Licking, was arrested Saturday night on a felony warrant from Texas County for receiving stolen property, a felony warrant from Texas County for fraud, three counts of felony assault, third degree; misdemeanor DWI, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident in northwest Texas County and wearing no seat belt. She was taken to the Texas County Jail.
• Walter T. Scheets, 41, of Houston, was arrested early Saturday on felony DWI – chronic offender, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and having no insurance. He was held 24 hours in jail.
