The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol
• Justin B. Williams, 37, of Houston, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. last Wednesday on Texas County warrants for speeding as well as careless and imprudent driving. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
• Kelly D. Williams, 38, of Licking, was arrested last Wednesday night and held without bond in the Texas County Jail. He faced a felony warrant for possession of 35 grams of synthetic canabinoid.
