The following accidents were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:

• Melissa B. Odom, 26, of Poplar Bluff, was injured last Thursday afternoon as she attempted to make a late exit on U.S. 60 and struck a rock embankment. She was taken by a Mercy ambulance to Cox South Hospital in Springfield. She had minor injuries. She was wearing a seat belt.

The 4:30 p.m. accident was at the Highway MM ramp at Dunn. Odom was traveling westbound. Her 2007 Ford Focus had extensive damage.

• Helen V. Atkins, 70, of Raymondville, was injured last Wednesday afternoon when the vehicle she was riding in was rear-ended. She was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital following the 3:26 p.m. wreck on Highway 137 two miles north of Raymondville. She was wearing a seat belt.

The patrol said the accident occurred as John A. Atkins, 79, of Raymondville, was pulling into a private drive and was rearended by Doyle E. Smith, 75, of Raymondville. Both men were uninjured.

Aktins’ 2005 Chevrolet Equinox was totaled. Smith’s 2011 Ford F-150 had moderate injuries and was driven from the scene.
