Local musical artist and author donates to woman’s medical plight
Houston singer-songwriter and author Kimberly Lowe has pledged to donate all proceeds from her two albums – "Freedom's Dream" and "Blessed Liberty" – and her devotional book – "Essential Faith" – to help with medical expenses for Texas County resident Jennifer Neal-Smith, who was recently diganosed with stage 4 glioblastoma and will undergo six weeks of chemo and radiation therapy.
