Raietta Annitha (Daugherity) Taborosi, 66, of Leavenworth, Kan., passed away Sunday, Feb. 19, 2017, at Lansing Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born Feb. 24, 1950, in Bucyrus, Mo., the daughter of Raymond and Marjorie (Miller) Daugherity.
Raietta was a 1968 graduate of Houston High School. She worked as a civilian employee for the Department of the Army at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., and for the FAA at the Salina, Kan., Airport. She left to marry and raise her family.
She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Laszlo Taborosi, Jr.; twin son and daughter, Laszlo R. Taborosi and Marci I. Taborosi of the home; her mother, Marjorie Daugherity of Bucyrus, Mo.; her brother, Dell Daugherity, and his wife, Valerie, of Chesterfield, Va.; sister-in-law, Karen Daugherity, of West Fork, Ark.; her mother-in-law, Ilona Taborosi; her brother-in-law, Steven Taborosi, of New Britain, Conn.; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father and her brother, Brent D. Daugherity.
