Houston High School senior Tori McCloud signed Friday morning with the State Fair softball program.
McCloud earned all-conference and all-district honors this past season as the starting center fielder for the HHS softball team. She led the Lady Tigers with 23 runs scored and tied for the team lead with 15 steals. She ranked second on the team with a .421 batting average and 24 runs batted in.

Alongside McCloud at the signing inside Hiett Gymnasium were her parents, Tadd and Dana McCloud, as well as HHS softball coach and athletic director Brent Hall.
McCloud joins a program that is playing its inaugural season in 2017. State Fair is 5-11 through its first 16 games.
State Fair Community College is a two-year junior college located in Sedalia.
