A woman was cited Tuesday night in Texas County with failing to yield to an emergency vehicle sounding its siren and displaying red and blue lights.
Amy Smith, 23, of Salem, Ark., was also charged with careless and imprudent driving, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. She also faced two counts as a felony fugitive from Arkansas and two felony counts of resisting arrest by fleeing.
She was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
