First responders help the driver exit a wrecked pickup at the scene of a single-vehicle injury accident Monday afternoon on U.S. 63 south of Houston.

The following accidents were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:

• Kerry M. Holt, 66, of Waynesville, was injured Monday afternoon when his northbound 2010 Nissan Titan ran off U.S. 63 near Souls Harbor Family Worship, struck a rock bluff and overturned, crossing the road about two miles south of Houston.

Holt, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital with minor injuries after being freed from the vehicle by the Houston Rural Fire Department Rescue Squad.

• Three people were injured, including one seriously, Friday afternoon when a vehicle crossed the U.S. 60 median and collided head-on with another vehicle. Patsy L. Cross, 64, of West Plains, was traveling westbound one-half mile east of Cabool when her 1993 Chrysler slid off the left side of the highway, crossed the median and went airborne. It then collided with an eastbound vehicle driven by Sarah J. Pace, 51, of Mammoth Spring, Ark.

Cross, who was seriously injured, was taken by ambulance to Cox South in Springfield. Pace and a passenger, James A. Pace, 58, both had moderate injuries and were taken by ambulance to Ozark Medical Center in West Plains. All three involved were wearing seat belts. Both vehicles were totaled.

• Brandy L. Steward, 17, of Plato, was injured last Thursday morning in a rollover accident three miles north of Roby. She was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital following the 7:45 single-vehicle accident. Steward, who was wearing a seat belt, has moderate injuries.

The patrol said Steward was headed eastbound on Slabtown Road when the 2000 Chrysler Concorde she was driving went off the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned. The vehicle was totaled.
