The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:

• Heather L. McNeal, 30, of Poplar Bluff, was arrested Saturday evening in Texas County. She was wanted on a warrant for larceny through the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department. She also was cited for speeding. McNeal was taken to the Texas County Jail.

• Charles M. Hill, 31, of Cabool, was arrested last Thursday for felony possession of methamphetamine and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. He also faced two felony Texas County warrants for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also cited for failure to display valid plates. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.

• Sherry M. Elgin, 44, of Cabool, was arrested last Thursday in Dent County on a warrant for failing to appear on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was taken to the Dent County Jail.

• Mike E. Hoth, 30, of Licking, was arrested last Wednesday night on felony charges of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and released.

• Michael N. Lynge, 48, of Licking, was charged last Tuesday night with felony driving while intoxicated (habitual offender), failure to place vehicle not in motion as far as practical to the right and no seat belt. He was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 24hour hold.

• Amy L. Smith, 23, of Salem, Ark., was arrested last Tuesday night in Texas County for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle sounding its siren and displaying red and blue lights as well as careless and imprudent driving. She also faced two counts as a felony fugitive from Arkansas and two felony counts of resisting arrest by fleeing. She was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 24-hour hold.
