Joann “Joni” Granny Hodson, 66, passed away Sunday, April 9, 2017, after a long battle with cancer.
She was born Dec. 3, 1950, in Redlands, Calif., daughter of Robert Arend and Mabel Marianne Lauwers Looy.
She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her dog, Ruka, cruising around and visiting the local rivers.
Survivors include three children, Nacomi Hodson and Lindsay Hodson of Licking and Jeffrey Timm of San Bernardino, Calif.; a special friend, Thomas Sullins of Licking; and a granddaughter.
Services are 3 p.m. Saturday, May 6, at Boiling Springs Resort with Pastor Rick Mosher officiating. The family suggests that attendees bring a lawn chair. Services are under the direction of Fox Funeral Home.
