A Plato teenager was injured Thursday morning in a rollover accident three miles north of Roby.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Brandy L. Steward, 17, was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital following the 7:45 single-vehicle accident. Steward, who was wearing a seat belt, has moderate injuries.
The patrol said Steward was driving eastbound on Slabtown Road when the 2000 Chrysler Concorde she was driving went off the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned. The vehicle was totaled.
