Sandra Kay Bartimus Morse, 59, passed away Friday, March 31, 2017, in Springfield following a massive heart attack.

She was born Oct. 27, 1957, in Dennison, Ohion, daughter of John and Margaret Bane Bartimus.

She was a member of New Life Free Will Baptist Church in Licking,.

She grew up in the Raymondville area. She attended Raymondville Elementary and graduated from Houston High School in 1976.

She and her mother moved to Licking, where she worked at Rawlings for many years. Sandra loved to travel and during one of her many bus tours, she met her future husband, Floyd. They married and lived in Spokane, Wash.

She traveled with her husband, who was active in the Masonic Lodge, to many activities. She made many friends in that organization.

She loved to shop and talk on the phone. She knew the capitals of every state and country in the world.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Floyd; four brothers, John Jr., David, Danny and Max; and four sisters, Katherine, Wanda, Marjorie, and Alice.

Surviving include two brothers, Ross, of Ebro, Fla., and Roy of Springfield; many nieces and nephews; and special friends, Lena, Cookie and Janice of Stagecoach Realty.

Services were Tuesday, April 4, at Evans Funeral Home with Brother Darius Wentz officiating. Burial was in Allen Cemetery.
