The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Kenneth M. Jarvis, 33, of Bucyrus, was arrested Saturday afteroon on a felony Phelps County warrant for DWI, misdemeanor Phelps County warrant for driving while revoked, driving while revoked, speeding, failure to comply with ignition interlock device and having no insurance.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
