Rep. Robert Ross is the featured speaker for the 2017 Houston High School baccalaureate service.

Ross will address this year’s graduating class and those attending the annual service at 6 p.m. Sunday inside Hiett Gymnasium. The annual service is hosted by the Houston Ministerial Alliance.

Ross, R-Yukon, was elected into office as state representative in August 2012. He won re-election this August with just over 81 percent of the vote over his Democratic challenger.

The HHS jazz band and choir will perform at the service. Graduation is 7 p.m. May 20.
