Community Betterment and Arts Council of Houston works toward the betterment of the county seat in Texas County, Houston. GIRL SCOUTS

Houston Girl Scout Troop 70166 meets the first and third Wednesdays October through May for girls in grades K-8. There are also host get-togethers in the summer. MARY S. CHAPTER #126 The members of the Order of the Eastern Star are part of the Freemason Organization.
