The Houston High School baseball team is seeded sixth in the Class 3 District 10 tournament.

The Tigers (5-16) face No. 3 Licking at 4 p.m. Friday in the opening round.

Other first-round matchups have No. 2 Ava facing No. 7 Liberty at 2 p.m. and fourth-seeded Willow Springs against No. 5 Cabool at 6 p.m.

Top-seeded Mountain Grove received a first-round bye.

All games will be played at Ava High School.

The semifinals are 4 and 6 p.m. Monday. The championship is 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

(2) Ava vs. (7) Liberty, 2 p.m.

(3) Licking vs. (6) Houston, 4 p.m.

(4) Willow Springs vs. (5) Cabool, 6 p.m.

Monday’s games

(1) Mtn. Grove vs. Willow-Cabool winner, 4 p.m.
