The following accident was reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Michael A. Minnerath, 57, of Cabool, was injured last Thursday afternoon when the UTV he was driving sideswiped another vehicle. He was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital following the 4:35 p.m. wreck in Douglas County. He had moderate injuries.
The patrol said Minnerath was traveling eastbound on a county road three miles south of Topaz when his 2017 Honda Pioneer SXS700 sideswiped a 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer in a curve. The driver, Joshua S. Rowlett, 16, of Mountain Grove, was uninjured. He was wearing a seat belt.
Rowlett’s vehicle had minor damage. The UTV had moderate damage.
