Alta Mae Jennings Constantinides, 85, passed away Friday, April 28, 2017, in Lebanon.
She was born Oct. 18, 1931, in Raymondville, daughter of Fred and Edith Smallwood Jennings. She and Ion Constantinides were married Dec. 30, 1960. He passed away in 1987.
She attended Raymondville Schools and graduated from Houston High School in 1949. She spent her working years in St. Louis as a supervisor in the accounting department of Wohl Shoe Company.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Survivors include a sister, Rose Mary Harris of Lebanon; and many extended family members.
Private burial was in Allen Cemetery near Raymondville. Cremation was under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
