Chamber hosts ribbon-cutting at Ozark Action Inc.
The Houston Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony last Wednesday for Ozark Action Inc. in recognition of the non-profit organization moving it Houston offices to the McCloud Center on South U.S. 63. Employees from all six counties within Ozark Action's service area attended, including Douglas, Howell, Oregon, Ozark Texas and Wright. Headquartered in West Plains, Ozark Action Inc. was founded in 1965. Its stated mission is "to coordinate and provide services for people with needs so that they can improve their quality of life."
