Deborah “Debbie” Lynn Kinder Smith, 60, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2017.
She was born July 14, 1956, in Salem, daughter of Leroy and Barbara Mahan Kinder. She and Lenzy E. Smith, Jr. were married June 7, 1974.
She enjoyed photography and gardening. She had a passion for animals, especially dogs. In 1997, she and her husband, Lenzy, started a puppy kennel.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her husband, Lenzy; two daughters, Debrina Smith Hale and Cassie Smith of Licking; her mother Barbara Mahan Kinder of Licking; a brother, Roger Kinder of Licking; six nieces; eight nephews; and numerous great-nieces and nephews as well as other family members.
Services were Friday, June 23, at Rock Springs Baptist Church with Pastors John Jordan and Lyndelll Decker officiating. Burial was in Rock Springs Cemetery.
