Color guardsmen from Fort Leonard Wood raise a flag during the closing moments of a dedication program held Sunday at the new post office building. Several spectators were on hand, despite light showers in the early afternoon. Dedicatory remarks were made by Congressman Richard H. Ichord and David Impey acted as master of ceremonies at the chamber of commerce sponsored event.
