The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:
• Terri L. Phelps, 57, of 7668 Barry Lane in Houston, was issued a citation for stealing under $750 after allegedly shoplifting from Walmart on May 23.
• Timothy O. Neal, 54, of 12011 Rocky Ridge Road in Bucyrus, was cited for failure to yield after a two-vehicle accident May 26 on U.S. 63.
• Glenn D. Waldorf, 58, of 108 Acorn St. in Houston, was cited for driving while intoxicated after an incident at about 12:50 a.m. May 27.
Waldorf was cited after an officer responded to a report of a silver Dodge Durango running off the road and striking several mailboxes on Oak Hill Drive before leaving the scene. The officer located the vehicle backing into a yard at an Acorn Street residence. Contact was made with the driver and alcohol was smelled.
Following field sobriety tests, Waldorf was cited and given a court date.
