Seth W. Thomas, of Plato, has been awarded the Don and Judy Kenslow Endowed Scholarship from Missouri State University-West Plains.
Thomas, a 2017 graduate of Plato High School, is a freshman at MSU-West Plains who plans to pursue a degree in business.
He is the son of Darrell and Vicki Thomas of Plato.
