The following are excerpts from reports generated by the Houston Police Department:
• Patrick A. Dodson, 36, of 309 S. Second St. in Houston, was arrested July 8 for having an active Texas County warrant for two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
An officer who was aware of the warrant made the arrest after observing Dodson standing in the front yard of an Ozark Street residence at about 8:30 p.m. During a routine search, marijuana and pills that were determined to be a schedule 4 controlled substance were found in Dodson’s possession.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail, and a probable cause statement was sent to the county prosecutor regarding the pot and pills.
• Rebecca D. Smith, 24, of 11313 Reed Road at Licking, was cited on July 21 for operating a vehicle with expired license plates.
• Rebecca J. Tune, 27, of 20698 Bee Rock Road at Raymondville, was issued a citation for driving while suspended after a traffic stop July 14 at U.S. 63 and Summerfield Road.
• Jackson C. Morgan, 40, of 426 King Street in Houston, was cited for first-degree trespassing after allegedly entering the Walmart parking lot on July 10. He had been banned from all Walmart locations after a previous incident.
• Devon T. Pribble, 18, of 8905 Highway E, Lot 1, in Houston, was issued citations for displaying plates of another and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway on July 15.
