The annual “Kids Fest” that serves families in Texas and Wright counties will take place Aug. 19.
The seventh edition of the event will be held from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Tri-County Fairgrounds in Mountain Grove and will feature a record number of booths. It is coordinated by Rita Foster, outreach advocate for Christos House Shelter.
Many regional churches and ministries will set up booths along with police and rescue departments, musicians and more. The event is free. Concessions will be provided.
