The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Benjamin C. Burns, 27, of Lebanon, was arrested Sunday night in Texas County on a misdemeanor Wright County warrant for a traffic violation. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
• Brandon J. Huffman, 27, of Summersville, was cited early Sunday with DWI. He taken to the Shannon County Jail and later released.
• Andrew J. Pare, 33, of Lincoln, Neb., was cited Sunday morning in Texas County for misdemeanor possession of marijuana. He was ticketed and released.
• Zachary D. Sims, 26, of Licking, was arrested Saturday on felony warrants of domestic assault and damage to jail property. He is held without bond at the Texas County Jail.
• Samantha D. Dennis, 36, of Bucyrus, was arrested Friday night on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, felony – methamphetamine; unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia; failure to register a motor vehicle; and having no insurance. She was taken to the Texas County Jail.
• Clarence L. Hall, 25, of Houston, was arrested Friday on a Texas County Sheriff’s Department warrant on driving while revoked charge, a felony. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
• Michael J. Smart, 34, of Mountain Grove, was arrested early last Thursday morning on two felony warrants from Texas County and the board of probation and parole. He was taken to the Texas County Jail and held without bond.
• Rocky W. Gilbert, 50, of Houston, was cited Aug. 21 with DWI – alcohol and failure to register a motor vehicle. He was later transferred to Texas County Memorial Hospital by ambulance.
• Terris D. Carlson, 37, of Licking, was charged Aug. 22 with felony driving while revoked, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, failed to drive on the right half of roadway and driving while revoked/suspended.
• Cynthia J. Howell, 61, of Hartshorn, was cited Aug. 20 with DWI, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
