Donald Wayne Lavely Jr., 38, passed away Monday, Aug. 7, 2017.
He was born Aug. 1, 1979, in Overland, son of Don Sr. and Barbara Sebastian Lavely.
Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Lavely; and many other family members and friends.
Memorial services were Saturday, Aug. 12, at Fox Funeral Home.
