Lowell Craig Long, 77, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2017, at Texas County Memorial Hospital.
He was born Dec. 5, 1941, in Hayward, Calif., son of Emial and Lillian Hall Long.
He served in the National Guard and was a member of the Licking American Legion 559.
He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
Survivors include his wife, Anita of the home; a son, Ronald Long of Blue Springs; a grand-daughter; a grandson; two great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Graveside services were Friday, Aug. 11, in Licking Cemetery under the direction of Fox Funeral Home.
