A Houston High School graduate has received a promotion within the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Anita M. (Wallace) Douglas, a clerk typist III, is now the administrative office support assistant to the commanding officer of Troop D. The promotion was effective Sept. 1 Douglas, a 1986 HHS graduate, joined the patrol in November 2006 as a clerk typist II at the Troop D headquarters. She is married to Eric Douglas, Troop D communications operator III.
