Military veteran

James Robert Sisk, 86, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017.

He was born Jan. 9, 1931, son of Ray and Elsie Rowland Sisk. He married Gretchen Swarzel and later married Judy Kay Stevenson.

He served two years in the Air Force. He worked for Operating Engineers Local 101 for 33 years. When he retired, he moved his family to Licking.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Larry Ray; a daughter, Bobbi Jo; a granddaughter; and a sister, Norma Rae.

Survivors include his wife, Judy; a daughter, Jami Rae; and other family members and friends.

Graveside services were Saturday, Sept. 23, in Licking Cemetery with Amy Dickens officiating. Services were under the direction of Fox Funeral Home.
