Services: Sunday, Oct. 15, at Fox Funeral Home

Judith Gwendolyn Lay, 74, passed away Monday, Oct. 9, 2017, in Las Vegas, Nev.

She was born Feb. 19, 1943, in Salem.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, Willie Fox; a brother, David Lay; and a son, Darryl James.

Survivors include her children, Jack James of Edgar Springs; Jay James of Ozark, Teresa James of Converse, Texas, and Patricia Flint, Gary James, Tammy James, Tim James and Rusty James of Las Vegas, Nev.; a brother, Terry Fox of Richmond, Va.; 21 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services were Sunday, Oct. 15, at Fox Funeral Home with the Rev. Darius Wentz officiating. Burial was in Licking Cemetery.
