Charles Earl Kramer, 69, passed away Monday, Oct. 30, 2017.
He was born Sept. 6, 1948, in Belvidere City, Ill., son of William Jerome and Betty Lou Livingston Kramer. He and Melany Dawn Weaver Chambers were married Sept. 20, 1997.
He served in the Navy from 1967 to 1971.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a stillborn daughter, Cory.
Survivors include his wife, Melany of the home in Branson; five sisters, Jer ine Stiff of Davis, Ill., Linda Morrison of Rockford, Ill., Elaine Johnson of Evansville, Wis., Ruth Ann Johnson of Saginaw, Mich., and Janet Johnson of Evansville, Wis.; a son, Bradley Allen Kramer of Hanford, Calif.; a stepdaughter, Amanda Bailles of Kimberling City; and four grandchildren.
Graveside services with military honors are 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 13, in Bethel Cemetery under the direction of Bradford Funeral Home.
