The Houston Middle School boys swept Salem on Thursday night.

In the eighth-grade game, Korbyn Tune scored 20 points to lead the Tigers to a 47-38 victory. Wiley Sisco and Cooper Mills added eight points apiece.

Houston (3-3, 2-1 South Central Association) jumped ahead 15-8 after the first quarter. The advantage was two entering the fourth quarter before the Tigers used a 15-8 edge to pull away.

SEVENTH GRADE: Anthony Carroll scored 11 points to lead the seventh-grade Tigers to a 30-25 victory. Colton Stewart scored seven and Dakota James added six.

Houston (2-3, 2-1 SCA) led 11-3 after the opening quarter and by 18 at the half.
