The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Aaron A. Rector, 51, of Berryville, Ark., was arrested Monday afternoon in Texas County for possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no driver’s license and excessive speed.
He was cited and released.
• Samuel E. Butts, 50, of Cabool, was arrested Monday afternoon on Howell County on a felony warrant from Wright County for fraud – insufficient funds.
He was taken to the Howell County Jail.
