The Houston High School baseball team will be selling refreshments and pecans at Saturday’s Christmas parade as a fundraiser for the program.

The Diamond Club, which oversees fundraising, will have coffee and hot chocolate to purchase as well as cinnamon glazed, chocolate covered and plain pecans. The group will be located under the pavilion at the Lone Star Plaza.

Proceeds will be used to rebuild the team’s dugout that was destroyed by a storm and install a new backstop. Houston is hosting the district baseball tournament in May.
