The following arrests were reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol:
• Marc C. Zeumer, 48, of Hartshorn, was arrested Saturday afternoon on a misdemeanor warrant for not appearing in court on charges of DWI, driving while suspended, speeding and not wearing a seat belt. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
• Kenneth J. Hall, 57, of Houston, was arrested Friday afternoon on an outstanding warrant for stealing. He was taken to the Texas County Jail.
• Jeremy J. Parker, 34, of West Plains, was arrested last Thursday night in Texas County on a felony warrant from Kosciusko, Miss. He also was cited on a not wearing a seat belt charge. Parker was taken to the Texas County Jail and held without bond.
