Dee Lorene Emmett, 80, passed away Monday, Feb. 12, 2018, at her home in Houston.
She was born March 10, 1937, in Eminence.
He grew up in the Eminence area before later moving to the St. Louis area, where she spent most of her life. She worked for Lincoln Engineering for more than 25 years. She retired in 1999.
She enjoyed going to Branson before she became disabled.
She had attended the Pentecostal church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Cecil Brown and Roy Brown; and a sister, Tressie Ramsey.
Survivors include two sisters, Ilene Giddens of Houston and Pauline Gant of Eminence; and several nieces and nephews.
A private burial will be held at a later date. Cremation was under the direction of Evans Funeral Home.
