The Houston Tigers were edged by Salem 58-55 in overtime Friday night in a home South Central Association matchup.
Ty McCloud led HHS (7-16, 0-4 SCA) with 18 points. Sophomore Clayton Moore hit five 3-pointers en route to 17 points.
HHS led 14-9 after the opening quarter but managed just five second-quarter points to fall behind.
The Tigers, who have been hit hard by injuries, have lost six straight games and 9 of their last 10.
On Thursday, Moore, McCloud and Isaiah Buse scored eight points apiece in the Tigers’ 61-27 loss at Licking.
