An Eunice man faces multiple drug charges as well as traffic offenses following his arrest early Friday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Roger E. Burgess, 51, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance (except 35 grams or less of marijuana – methamphetamine), delivery of a controlled substance (except 35 grams or less of marijuana – narcotics), felony unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana. He was also charged with no valid driver’s license, no proof of insurance and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
He was taken to the Texas County Jail for a 24-hour hold, the patrol said.
