Joyce Ann Jackson, 71, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018, in Bucyrus.

She was born Oct. 12, 1946, in Chicago, Ill., daughter of Clifford and Adeline Shiner Jackson.

She graduated from Houston High School in 1964. After obtaining her college degree, she worked for Community Hospice in Mountain Grove for many years.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Jeanne Kinder; her parents; and a brother, Jim Jackson.

Survivors include two children, Billie Ann York Young and Calvin York; a sister, Judy Jackson Warner; a brother, John Jackson;; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and other family members.

Burial was in Jackson Cemetery with Pastor Dewayne Weber officiating.
