A Licking man was arrested early Friday morning on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kyle A. Rector, 30, of Licking, faced the warrant from the Licking Police Department. He was arrested at 2:40 a.m. by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and taken to the Texas County Jail.
