Maxine Conner, 84, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018, in Birch Tree.
She was born Nov. 5, 1933, in Alley Springs, daughter of Ike and Jane Younger.
She enjoyed her church, family and friends. Her hobbies included crafting, gardening and cooking.
She enjoyed time with her husband, Everett, working in Colorado and special trips west shared with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Conner; her parents; and a brother, Bud Younger.
Survivors include two daughters, Lorna Garrison of Ellington and Lana Cypret of Mountain View; a stepson, Keith Conner of Mountain View; one stepdaughter, Barbara Albers of Kearney, N.E.; two sisters, Hazel Kerr of Salem and Eunice Meyer of Vallejo, Calif.; a brother, Elvie Younger of Eminence; three grandsons; a step-granddaughter; five great-grandsons; two great-granddaughters; and nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Services were Thursday, March 22, at Bradford Funeral Home Chapel, Summersville, with the Rev. Melvin Snethern officiating. Burial was in Flat Rock Cemetery near Summersville.
