Texas County Memorial Hospital patients now have the option of paying hospital and clinic bills online. Patients can access the online bill pay option through the TCMH website, www.tcmh.org, by clicking “Pay a Bill.” The online payment option went live two weeks ago.
“The online payment option is quick and convenient. It’s a nice service feature to have for our patients,” said Linda Pamperien, TCMH chief financial officer. “We are happy to save our patients both time and postage.”
Pamperien said the online payment feature is both safe and secure and it is an alternative to mailing or calling in a payment.
“With just a few clicks, our customers can successfully complete a payment transaction for a hospital or clinic bill,” said Wes Murray, TCMH chief executive officer.
The online system requires some basic information and the account number from the billing statement A receipt will be sent via e-mail immediately following payment.
Murray said the online bill payment option had been requested by patients.
“It took a little longer than we anticipated to complete the online payment component, but I believe our customers will appreciate it very much,” Murray said.
